continue and fail checkmarks (if i understood you correctly) mean that you have high enough stat for that to pass it and go without any big concenquences or none at all (for example, if you pass next to ettin, you jump off the cliff and you have enough endurance i think, you wont fall unconscious and get filled by her), or if you stand on brigands/werewolves map piece, and you fail the perception checks, you will get pounded from the back (i just want to say that you can fail a skill/stat check on purpose to get a different start and maybe an end of the encounter)

the ass eater perk is (as much as i know) only for the New lupa interaction that is avaiable in 4th world map, the map info when you hover over it will be "forest, beast, werewolf, blonde" by the level of the awareness or whatever it is next to stealth, and if you have ass eater perk at lvl 5 or higher, when you choose the 2nd option (i think) to eat her ass, she will be satisfied with it and wont mate with you, (also if you dont spot her with 3rd awareness level next to the stealth level, and observation skills, she will jump you and make you suck her dick)

i noticed when you fight helena, when you wrestle and if she pins you completely down, the game is just as good as frozen, there should be a transition from wrestling to fuck scene (like against a goblin) or just fuck (for example puca), but she cant impale you and all you can do is use "rest" until you get bored and decide to close the game and reopen, but load from the saved or quick saved option (as much as i know, unless theres some option you can get by skill tree which i doubt)
the POV scenes you can get when using "sleep until morning" i think, (sleeping until night didnt work for me" you need to use a perception skill, and then pick the option wake up, you will enter a battle, in which is reccommended to use "beg" option, and surrender (which is the same just beg is instant surr while in "surrender" option you have to kneel first) probably the same thing happens if you lose the fight, just probably different start (same if you fight the goblin and if you surrender she will say something like "you really want that gobbo D huh") i wont spoil the encounter, but which ever you dosent matter, you will get those two POVs on any choice
